Terms of service

Truelance operates a vetted talent marketplace connecting pre-screened candidates with high-growth companies in the UK. Candidates apply for free; companies pay only after a successful hire.

Applying to a track is free. You agree to provide accurate information during vetting. Acceptance into our talent pool is at our discretion and does not guarantee placement.

By engaging Truelance, you agree to a success-based arrangement: you pay only after a successful hire. The specific terms that apply to your engagement are agreed with you directly and confirmed in your service agreement.

Nothing is due until 30 days after a successful hire’s start date. If a placement does not work out within the guarantee period, we will continue the search and provide a replacement at no additional fee.

Our replacement guarantee applies to placements as described at the time of engagement. Specific terms, including the guarantee window, will be confirmed in your service agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truelance is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
